PrimeSource Mortgage Inc. continues to expand around the country.
PSMI announced in December 2008 that the company had opened a new independently owned and operated branch in Van Buren, Ark. Owners are Julie Dietz-Watson and Rachel Lessley, who are experienced in the industry and very well established in their community and surrounding areas.
Dietz-Watson brings 28 years of experience and knowledge in the mortgage industry to PrimeSource. Beginning in New Mexico and then in Midland and Austin, Texas, Dietz-Watson has held positions as a branch manager, loan originator, auditor and closer. She has extensive marketing and training experience with some of the nation’s top producers, real estate agents and motivational speakers in the country.
Based on her knowledge of these areas, Dietz-Watson has written “Master Mortgage System” to educate and share her knowledge with loan officers and real estate agents.
Lessley brings 11 years of experience and knowledge in the mortgage industry in her hometown in the River Valley. She began in the title business as a loan closer, processor and title search assistant. Recruited by a mortgage company, she moved up from mortgage loan processor to branch manager of 10 loan officers.
Dietz-Watson and Lessley bring more than 35 years of experience to the PrimeSource network.
Incorporated in 1991 in Texas, PrimeSource Mortgage Inc. is currently licensed in 21 states. One reason for the growth and success of this company is its commitment to personalized customer service embodied in the motto: We Walk You Home. Because the mortgage process is so complex and often confusing, the company has chosen to walk hand-in-hand with each client through the entire process.
PSM Holdings Inc., the parent company, is a publicly traded company; over-the-counter shares became available in October 2005.
Jeffrey Smith, President & CEO, said the company’s continued growth is exciting.
“Julie and Rachel are quality individuals joining our network which strengthens our branch ownership ranks,” he said.
