The Community Foundation of Chaves County is having our 3rd Annual Benefit Concert on Friday, January 22nd at 6:30 p.m. at Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell’s Performing Arts Center.

The concert will feature classic rock, rhythm & blues, country, and Latin music performed by local community members who are donating their time and talent for a fun evening of great music! The band will include James King on drums, Phil Miles on bass guitar, Royce Bragg on rhythm guitar, Tommy Martin on lead guitar, Joe Sedillo on keyboards, Alex Palomino on alto saxophone with additional percussionists all accompanied by an outstanding variety of singers. Bud Hewett is also adding his expertise on the keyboard and as the concert’s production director.

Tickets: $20 in advance - $25 at the door

Proceeds from the concert will help the Community Foundation of Chaves County continue their work helping those in need in our community. All the monies generated through the Community Foundation stay in Chaves County.

The Community Foundation helps donors carry out their philanthropic goals. It is one of the few charitable organizations where funds can be contributed today and know that they will still be fulfilling charitable intentions for many generations to come. The Foundation receives, manages and distributes both permanent and short-term charitable gifts from a variety of donors. Donors can add to an existing fund or set up an unrestricted fund for a specific purpose or area of interest.

Membership in the Community Foundation is available for both individuals and businesses. Memorial contributions, gifts of life insurance, stocks and year-end giving are encouraged.

The Community Foundation of Chaves County is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support and promote the well being of the community and to nurture its continuing viability through charitable giving.
